For hygiene reasons, returns of worn or opened items are excluded.

Refunds will only be issued for defective or incorrectly delivered items – a photo of the problem is required.

In individual cases, a return may be accepted, with shipping costs being borne by the buyer.
No return required:
Defective items will usually be refunded without return if the problem is documented.
