Return & Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase at Shopme.

If you still have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at: eq.verwaltung@gmail.com.

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, returns of worn or opened items are excluded.

  • Refunds will only be issued for defective or incorrectly delivered items – a photo of the problem is required.

  • In individual cases, a return may be accepted, with shipping costs being borne by the buyer.

No return required:
Defective items will usually be refunded without return if the problem is documented.
